NORTHWEST COTTAGES
Eleven little cottages face each other across a common area where children can play safely and neighbors can interact. NorthWest Cottages is a project of the Bend-Redmond Habitat for Humanity of Central Oregon. I was proud and honored to be the designer of these cottages and play a part in eleven families having a home of their own. The eleven cottages are based on four floor plans yet each has a unique exterior. Living space ranges from 840 to 960 square feet, with two or three bedrooms and two baths, and a single car garage. The best part is the cottages are Net Zero Energy , meaning they will produce all the power they require. Versions of the cottages will be available as stock plans in the future.
